WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By registering for the PANGASINAN MARATHON - 32KM BEYOND 21 organized by RACECORE, I acknowledge that the event involves physical activity and may entail certain risks. I willingly and fully accept responsibility for my participation.

I release and hold harmless RACECORE the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated partners from any claims, liabilities, or demands that may arise in connection with my participation in the event.

I affirm that I am in good health, have adequately prepared, and am capable of completing the chosen race category. I agree to accept any necessary assistance or medical care should the need arise during the event.

I authorize RACECORE to capture and use my name, image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for documentation, publication, and promotional purposes without any form of compensation.

I understand and agree that:

1. My registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. The event schedule may be adjusted if the minimum number of participants is not met or due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or official government advisories.
